Recently, we faced My Tasks Synchronising Issue with one our client SharePoint portal

The issue is related to "Work Management Service" and "User Profile Synchronization" service account should be same. So we have added the respective service account to "Work Management Service" and gave full control to the accounts & done the IIS reset.
Still if the issue is not resolved.
Do a restarting on "Work Management Service" and again mapped the service connection to the Web Application.
Now the Task Synchronising should works like a charm!
